CVs and References

CVs - I use a buzzword CV for Jobserve and Jobsite to keep their search engines happy but if you want something more suitable for a human being then I have a much more detailed and conventional CV which can be tweaked to emphasise specific experience to suit the requirement. If you really want to see my entire career then look here

References - I can supply references if required when a job offer is made but if you need to pre-vet my references then have a look at my LinkedIn profile as I have 3 recommendations there from people who will readily give me a reference. Walsall Council will give me a local government reference if you know the right person to talk to there. As for security clearance, I worked at for the MoD at Devonport Dockyards in Plymouth in 1990 and was fully vetted to work in IT Operations then. When I worked there they said that once you are in their security book you are in it for life! You will need to know the right person to ask to confirm my current security vetting status.

Locations - I do not work from home, I always work on the client site which means that it must be within 50 miles of B79 0NH and ideally within 1 hours commuting range. I can also commute to the City of London but the location must be within 6 Tube stops of Euston.
